Being anxious is a terribly difficult state to be in. On one hand, being anxious about the right stuff makes us successful. However, getting anxious about things that are out of our control just aggravate the situation. To me it sounds like you're suffering from GAD (General Anxiety Disorder) and I would bring this up at your next doctor visit. This is perfectly normal and almost everyone goes through it... it's part of life.

For starters. First of all take some deep breaths. Have a shower and go for a walk. Come back and make some lists. 1 for things that are good. Think hard and you WILL find some.
Then make a list of things that you hate about your life right now. Find 1 or 2 things that you can change to make things better straight away.

Alot of the time your imagination is worse than your reality. so ask yourself some questions.. think rationally and if you need to, call a friend who will not judge or belittle your situation.

Things can only get better and after every storm there is a calm.
