I really love her from the bottom of my heart. But she do not. From the moment I saw her on wards I suffer from her love badly. I forget everything except thinking of her. It is about a year. She knows as I love her; but she is not voluntaire to help me. I need some advice; how can I forget her?.

The best way to 'move on' is to focus on something else, and there is nothing better than to focus on some sort of service like doing volunteer work at a hospital or senior community center, or a children's center, or do something that you have always been interested in doing and just haven't given yourself the 'o.k.' to delve into it, like art, reading, painting, basketball etc.
You can never force someone else to feel what you feel. You have to consider this as one of life's learning lessons, take what you can from it, and move on. As soon as you stop focusing in on 'you' and focus on 'others' you will not only be happier, doing a good thing for someone else, but you will find it easier to forget and then, when you least expect it, that special someone will appear. Honest! It happens time and time again. Good luck. Don't give up, but stop the pity and get out there and do something good for someone who can use it!

U cant forget love just like that .. it takes time

Besides .. she already knows about ur feelings and still she's not helpful at all then get the point already she's not sure about u so why would u still daydream about her? get over it

try to fill in ur free time u have with any activity instead of lying on bed and staring at the cieling .. it will only make things worse :)

you cant forget someone that easily, my friend. its sad but true, when u love some one that much u cant give up easily, i would suggest not going to her house anymore, try to be with freinds at all times, get a hobby, find another job, etc...... i know its hard to let go, if you really love her, u have to let her go.

good luck.
