I really love her from the bottom of my heart. But she do not. From the moment I saw her on wards I suffer from her love badly. I forget everything except thinking of her. It is about a year. She knows as I love her; but she is not voluntaire to help me. I need some advice; how can I forget her.

I am sorry to hear about your turmoil. It will be easy for anyone including myself to give you advice. We are all so quick to judge..but if it has been 1 yr and she does not love you, leave her alone before she thinks you are out of your mind! This must make her very uncomfortable, I would feel like moving out of state. No offense! But come on.....there is more to life than hanging on to something you have never had! Sounds more like an obsession than love. Think about it.

You won't be able to forget her, well, not in an instant but gradually. Someday maybe you will but now, just don't think about her all the time. Don't even think about forgetting her, because in doing so, you are actually keeping her on your mind. Just focus your attention to other things. You may have heard about this and I'm telling you that it's better if you are diverted to being busy with other things.
Lastly, don't forget about yourself. It won't do you any good, trying to hold on to something that is gone. It's not worth the effort. Meet new people, hang out with friends more often.

You know what is love?! I think you can not love someone when you see she doesn' like you.the first thing happens when you have some good feelings to a woman is "like" not "love".after having good relationships and memories and after you know her more, aybe it will cause to love.But as you said when she doesn' like you,how can love happens?! try to forget it by thinking more logical.You're not made for each other.And you'll surely find your mate.

since she knows about your feelings towards her. If she has not stepped to you yet it could mean that she is not interested. Get yourself involved in a new hobby that will occupy your thoughts and move on. If it is meant to be she will come to you when to time is right. If not then you will not have wasted your time waiting on her.
