In a calm moment, explain your feelings to your husband.
You felt left out of his life.
You felt that he did not trust you.
Let him know what you need to feel included, trusted and loved.

He could well have been sharing a dirty joke session with his brother and did not want you to hear them. As another poster said, he may have wanted advice and did not want to appear weak in your eyes. If you broach the subject with hubby again, do so in a non-argumentative, non-judgemental way. If he is hiding nothing from you he will be willing to listen and work through the bad feelings generated by the incident

It could be that what he had to say was none of your business. Just because he is your husband doesn't mean that you need to be a part of every conversation that he takes part in. Besides, the phone call was to his brother. Do you think he is cheating on you with his brother? If not then what makes you think you have a right to be included in their conversation?

Do not get hurt.
Will you talk with your sister in presence of him?
We, the girls' talk too much and hearing us will make any man mad.
men and women need some personal space.
And if you ask me why do men marry, the answer is simple. To have unpaid great f****s.

I'm not married...but I think I would give my husband a reasonable personal space...He was talking to his brother, not to a strange woman...So I wouldn't worry much about what they had to say behind closed doors...

What makes you think he doesn't trust you? He married you.

Why do you think that he must tell you everything?

Grow up, I'm sure there are things you talk about that you wouldn't want your husband to hear.

Perhaps he was ordering a gift for you, perhaps a party to suprise you ..... do you talk "girl talk" infront of him of thephone or in person ?

Even married folks need personal time & space.

Let him wipe his butt in peace in the bath room.

Guys talk trash with each other (especially brothers) saying raunchy things they wouldn't want their wives to hear. I wouldn't worry about it as it's probably harmless.
