Germany Netherlands a couple of other European states. Iam not sure since it doesnt really make a difference in Europe if it is allowed or not, you still have prostitution and prostitutes and good service, Oh yeah :-)).

Depends whether you mean allowed (by whom?) or legal. I would suggest that outwith Amsterdam, it is basically illegal worldwide although there's a State in the US where it is legal.

Allowed? In that case, anywhere! The fact is prostitution is tolerated nearly everywhere. If you walk down Sukhemvit Road in Bangkok, you'll see tons of girlie bars and they are all filled with whores working them. Is it allowed there? Yes. Is it legal? No. It is 'tolerated', and, oh yes, the cops get their share of the spoils for turning a blind eye.

In UK it is legal, but many acts associated with it are not, eg soliciting or 2+ prostitutes operating from same premises (this constitutes a brothel)

United States, specifically Nevada. As long as you're rich and are paying large amounts of taxes to the state government, you can legally disguise your prostitution ring with the name "escort services" or "brothels".
