My system is window xp home edition.

Not once you've overwritten then doing a system recovery from a CD. It WILL have warned you before you dsid it that they would be wiped. Surely you DID have backups of critical files didn't you ???

when you did system recovery if you did a full complete recovery the answer is no. If you did a repair recovery you can go to system tools and do a system restore back to an earlier date and recover all files and programs. system tools is listed under accessories. click on and select system restore and follow instructions on the screen. good luck

you can always un do the recovery back up the files you need then re do the system restore

You formatted your computer, it means everything in C drive/installed programs is all gone. It was better it you moves them to another safe place instead of C/installled programs.

No way to get them back :'(

No, You system would of got formatted, which means everything on your hardrive would of got wiped clean

first you cheak recycle bin there you can get your delite file or folder
