Should i let my 14 year old daughter be in her room alone with her 15 year old boyfriend ? i am going to check on them every 5-10 minutes.

No lol , get her too leave her room door open at all times if you do let them in her room .

i don't think they can do very much in 5-10 minutes. if your daughter can be trusted, why not?

Hmm, it depends, can you see the door to the room from where you are, if you can then Id say its okay..... just make sure they leave the door open.

I wouldn't think it should be a problem with you right there checking on them but what about next time if you AREN"T there!

Just tell her not to do anything she wouldn't want you to know about. Then you will have to trust her. I wouldn't feel comfortable just holding a girl in front of my parents.
