im currently nineteen and my mother pays for my insurance because i used to be on my dads but he died. So, im starting up a therpist to get a prescripton for test. can anyone tell me if it will be covered?

It is paid for if its a medical nessecity.

I would check their website or call their information number. I have a feeling it will not be though as it is not life or death surgery type thing. I could, however , be wrong and therefore I say check their guides or even call and ask. Also your doctor when you have the appointment should be able to tell you, and also explain other options to be able to pay for this.

It depends on the plan. Employers can choose many parts of their coverage. So this may be covered at one employer, but not at another.

I doubt it. They would view it as a cosmetic thing rather than an actual health matter.
