Try reading a really boring book, playing a mindless game (e.g. on your mobile phone), doing some relaxation techniques like breathing deeply OR, if all else fails...go to Boots and buy a packet of 'SYNDOL'. They're primarily painkillers but they have a muscle relaxant in them and I sleep like a baby. WARNING: DON'T TAKE MORE THAN TWO AT ONCE and make sure you're not working the next day. Take them about 3hrs before you want to lay down, oh and they MIGHT make you feel hungry! I prefer you try the first things though, drugs are not good to take especially if you've been taken off drugs previously. It may be you just need less sleep than most people. If it's not affecting your daily life and basic functions, don't worry about it. Exhaustion will eventually win. Go with it. Sleep whenever you can, if it's a deep enough sleep you'll ebenfit even if it's not for long ;-)
