Anytime really, I work nights, get off at 7:30am so if I want a drink after work it is only 8am (no different from someone who gets off at 4-5pm and has a drink after work).

Pubs open at 11:30 am. So by the letter of the law, it is perfectly acceptable and legal to drink between the hours of 11:30 am and 2am. These are Canadian laws.

Lunch time would be ok if it was their party...but a little kid?!? That's rude and ridiculous!! I wouldn't even drink at all at a little kids party! Save the adult fun for adult parties...less corruption of our youth!!!

hmmmm never, but if you really like to, in the evening. besides drinking too early can get you sick easier because of the light and you don't have the night's cool air to snap yourself out of it

If it's a special occasion, then why not? With no occasion, that would be too early for me. I like to wait until after dark.
