I know that I am a noob. Been attached at the hip for years to Nine Inch Nails and recently started listening to electronic music somewhat. I really don't know what or who to look for. Ive tried downloading recomended artists like dougal, gammer, above and beyond, etc.. From browsing youtube Ive found that I like hard house and some of the jumpstyle. Is there a site dedicated to electronic music or a magazine or something? I know its underground, but I don't party with anybody anymore and don't know what i'm doing. lol.

"Jumpstyle" is basically the genre HardStyle.
Try Trackitdown.net under the "featured" section of Trance,Hard Dance,House or any other electronic music you prefer and listen to their 2 min samples (great to find what you as an individual might enjoy)
and try Mp3s.su which has all the Trance,Hardstyle,Hard House and Electronic Dance music you could ever want(thousands of CDs) for free just sign up.
Don’t worry its a foreign website but all in English
they will explain how to download the music
Also Try typing in Qlimax under youtube search to find some awesome hardstyle videos.
-My library is Huge because of these websites (over 40gbs of trance alone)

You'll need to play the keyboard and splash out on a DAW (eg FL Studio, Reason, Ableton or Cubase), some VST plug-ins and various samples. Search "howtomakeemusic dubstep" on YouTube for a brostep tutorial.
