I was working peacefully, minding my own business, then i woke up , found myself in the hospital, doctors were astonished, nurses were amazed, i was the first patient that had this syndrome,

Anyways no one knew what happened to me, or why i suddenly stopped from working or why i fainted neither did i,

So i was chatting with my friend "Webby" and she told me "Where were you Ghanouge, I Nudged you and you didn't answer"

So that's when i knew what had happend, Webby Nudged me, I fainted from the Nudge and the doctor's dont know what a Nudge is..

So now, Who will pay my hospital bills??

Start by sending them written documentation showing your payment, assuming it was "another mistake" and see if that makes it go away. If you want to be snippy, you can include something like the statement, "Having already paid your illegal claim once, we are inclined to seek legal intervention if you do not desist from further pursuit of monies you are not owed." It is completely illegal to even SEND a bill for services you have already paid for. If they did it once, it might have been a "mistake", if they did it twice, it was a violation, if not a crime. Call the attorney general's office of consumer affairs, explain what is happening to you, and they will investigate. Chances are you're not the only victim of this apparent scheme. Also consider phoning the local investigative reporters for TV news, who love to sink their claws into some large, faceless corporation that is sticking it to the little guy. Or, you can simply sue them for triple whatever it is that they claim you owe and, while you're at it, sue for return of the second payment as well, since you didn't owe them that money either. Your attorney will provide you with the necessary counsel on how best to proceed under your particular circumstances and in view of the applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
