Only for the most shallow of people.
One act could not make up for years of abuse and torture.
NOW, if he had thrown himself in front of a car to save a puppy, maybe......................
People forget that this clown has so much miney, he wouldn't even notice. Only place you can buy forgiveness in from TeleEvangelists.
What can he do now? Well he could get e real job, and deal with the ridicule. Maybe become a Radio personality..........still seems to have plenty of supporters. (maybe he could be a spokesman for the NAACP? naw........)
Or, being that the poor, picked on, un-employed Vick still has more money than pretty much every-one on Yahoo! Answers combined, I guess he can still enjoy the good life......at a level O.J. only wishes he could.
*Fortyninertu.......He is broke how, exactly? Even if the Falcons manage to recoupthe signing bonus (which traditionally does not go in the teams favor), he still made of 30 mil in salary that they cannot touch.(130 base, 80mil left, 20 in bonus=30mil, not counting what he banked before signnign the agreement, and what he has already pocketed in endorsements). and The Guy is 27 now. 7-9 years make a comeback? (P.S. NFL Europa folded this summer). My man, I ain't trying to hate on you here, but the numbers just aren't adding up.
*Gypsy- how ya been? sometimes seems like only you, and Justice actually reason on your answers before you post. (and Dogsrspcl, of course.......) People seem to put the same emotion into this whole thing that they have for football in general, but unfortunately, just like in football, seems like most don't check the facts, forst, ya know?

The public is not dumb. Considering he was involved in the heinous blood sport of dogfighting for a period of SIX years or more pretty well tells us that he has no heart and no conscience when it comes to animals.
He really doesn't have to worry about what to do now that he has been sacked by the NFL for a while. The American public will be feeding, housing, and clothing him for a few years. Considering he did not get his college degree, I think he would be good at a job asking if 'you want fries with that'.

I don't know, As I understand it dogs can sense and smell death and fear, also the blood of past fighting animals that bled all over. Do you think that would be a good place to stick abused and unwanted animals? If he did turn it over as soon a the story became public, It would have been admitting guilt, and I'm pretty sure his lawyer wanted to exhaust every other option first.I don't know if there is anything he can do now to make it better, but donating a large sum of money and I mean a large sum of money to local animal shelters might be a good start.

What Vick did was horrible. He has no paycheck coming in and Atlanta is going to ask for the 22 mil signing bonus back. He now is in debt and that is before the lawyers fees. Vick is beloved in Virginia for how he put VT on the college football map. He will sell the house to help pay the bills and end up in the CFL or playing in Europe. 7-10 year he will have made his name in another football league and some NFL team will be looking for a QB and he will be back

Please don't say things that sound as dumb as the people who try to say that dog torture is the same as deer hunting! It makes you sound as stupid as them- retard! That statement is almost as dumb as the Vick defenders originally claiming that Vick didn't know what was going on in his house! The fact that they couldn't see that Vick bought that place for the sole purpose of staging the dog fights is beyond stupidity. Not one of those people could be relied upon to check my mail! Do you want to be put in that group of sub-human thinkers? It's too late dummy!

I don't think it would have helped to give his house away. The damage was already done, and donating a house is not likely to make a jury forget what he did.
