fear of reprisals for themselves and their children?
Maybe it was gang related?
It took years to bring damilola Taylor's killers to justice yet they (and their family) were notorious in peckham. Some people's are just afraid of the consequences of coming forward. Some people don't want to help the police (cos they don't believe the police help them)

Its wrong though . . .

Because they are all "Scouse Scallies". They are "Tea Leafs" and "Scammers". Toxteth, Croxteth both are stupid names and reflect the stupidity of the "Scousers living there. If they won't report a baby being robbed, they certainly won't report a killing. Talking about which, did you know that Liverpool police cars carry five spare wheels? This is because when they go to Toxteth or Croxteth, they will lose a full set and whilst the car is moving LOL Did you know that the perverts in Croxteth and Toxteth don't steal knickers from washin lines? They take them off the woman while she's sleeping LOL

I think they have their main suspect in custody, according to the news. But I do agree with you, that the witnesses should come forward.
