Yes modern day Vampires do exist...however unlike in the past they're not undead, don't bear fangs, and they don't lurk in the shadows waiting just to jump out at you. They're your friends, co-workers, neighbors. They're pretty much like your normal person except they get their energy through drinking blood or psi feeding(Someone who feeds from energy, drains life-energy rather than blood from others.) No they're not immortal...they do age...it's just that some of them age beautifully than others...
I think that they've learned to evolve/adapt in order keep themselves alive...that's why you don't see any of them jumping out at you in the night...it's not that they don't want to but they know in the long run it would endanger them and their families.

Vampires as most people know them from books and or movies. NO. BUT In real life there are people who call themselves vampires as they like to drink human blood.

well there are a lot of vampire clubs out there.
kids have to believe in something.
blood bar in vegus is a little weird though.
walk to the bar and pay $5 for a glass of blood.
