Depends on whats going on at the time, sometimes I have everything done I want to get done and I'll spend 2 or 3 hours but other times just minutes because I just wanted to check on something so I'll take a peek here and see if any of my contacts have ask a question, just like now and I'll answer it, then get out of here and go back to what I'm really on my PC for.

Oy...too much.
I generally pop in for a short time to look to see if there is anything interesting going on several times a day. I don't usually plan on sticking around for longer than maybe 30-60 minutes. Sometimes I manage that, sometimes I don't if it is especially lively! ;-)
