Write down everybody's suggestions! People tend tend not to ask for elements they already know. Any suspects, weapons and rooms not asked for by your opponents are probably in the envelope.

Keep a running list of what people accuse of and if it is right or not. And using your list, make educated guesses about who is the killer. Don't get over confident and guess wrongly in the end when you want to say what happened.
