Creep in and kill them your self and make it look like they killed each other. Then you get all the party without the mess afterwards!
Seriously though you should go down there and ask them politely to keep the noise down. Though i highly recommend that you do not do this when they are fighting or you could find your self dragged into it. If you don't have the guts post a note through the door though that just pisses people off more!
Or you can report them, but this should be at least after you have attempted the first two options above.

Phone the police department and report them for disturbing the peace. Ask if you can do it anonymously.

call the cops anonymously. u are not required by law to give the cops ur name. then, they will get tired of having to come out, they will eventually cite ur neighbors for violating the noise ordinance. ur neighbors will get tired of fines, so either they will move, they will get counseling, or they will figure out that its time for a divorce.

A. If they're White people or civilized ethnics (e.g North East Asians) I would approach them and politely explain the situation and the adverse effect it has on my daughter. If they listen, well and good. If not, I'll report them.
B. If they're Blacks or Hispanics, I'll report them straight.
