I'm living there right now: Kentucky.

Yes, it's beautiful, but that's about it. Louisville and Lexington aren't much to remark about. Don't get me wrong, I'm much more of a city than country person, but our cities have two things of offer: total boredom and people who have sour, angry, or snotty attitudes for no apparent reason. And the rest of the state? Talk about hillbillies galore who live in little clannish communities that don't like outsiders. It's SO hard to make friends in Kentucky unless you smoke, chew tobacco, or listen to country music, and I don't do any of those three things; I'm not being a stereotypical jerk, either.

This Kentucky native is leaving in 2008 for Texas, Oklahoma, Georgia, or Washington state and never coming back.

It is a very beautiful place to visit, but it sure feels good to have moved back to the city, Saint Paul, MN.

Yes. It is IA. Granted it has good educational system. What I dislike about it is Winter. I hate snow, ice and wondering if my car will start. Then, I have to scrape the ice off the windshield, sometimes shovel snow from driveway, and freeze my fanny walking from the parking lots to buildings. Also, it is very difficult to drive on ice. When I hear of fatalities caused by road conditions, I always think about how they wouldn't have happened in fair weather. I would like to drive where I don't have to be afraid of the road--just the other drivers.
