You could be thinkin of a trials bike mate ?
They're the bikes you usually see jumping & riding across tables, fences and prettymuch anything high dangerous.

Very light, rigid forks (no suspension) and everything made to extra strength standards: frame, bars, stem, cranks, rims etc.

Might be better to ask this in a SPORT section, not COMPUTER HARDWARE to get people that know more about bikes to answer it. !!!!

I believe however most "trick" bikes are based on the old "BMX Freestyle" models, which are physically smaller and lighter than mountain bikes, and have special facilities to allow the front wheel to spin full 360 degrees.
