You mean nocturnal or forever awake? Nocturnal there's many but as for one that virtually stays awake its whole life I doubt you can find one. If there is please post the link.

I didn't think that any of them sleep. I associated sleep with a need for higher animals and larger specialized brains. I was wrong, as it seems that almost everything that has a brain will sleep. But all sleep is different, and whether a thing sleeps or not may be dependent on how one defines the word. Below is a good link. As to what insects sleep and what don't, I don't know. I don't think any kind of list exists. But it seems that most things that are studied have a cycle that might be loosely defined as "sleep". Insects, in general, and all higher animals, sleep.

this site says ants sleep but it depends on your definiton of sleep 'Sleep' may be stretching a point, actually. In the bug lab, a dozing ant is one that slows down, doesn't wave its antennae very much, and sort of hangs out staring vacantly into space for a while.
