I'll assume you may not be in the USA?

Particle board, or GLIT as I like to call it; is rarely sold with veneer already adhered; especially in sheet form at a 4' x 8' sheet/piece, and number 1 is correct in that it would depend on other factors beyond just size.

Sold separately one might pay more...OR less here? than for a piece from a manufacturer. It would seem unlikely unless it was sold for specialization, that a producer of GLIT would add the process to their production scheme.

That said; certainly there are PB counter tops sold, already laminated; but that is likely a SUBBED OUT/ second manufacturer, processing your bath vanity tops or kitchen counter tops, hence creating an even higher cost to a consumer.

Particleboard comes in sheets (typically 49" x 97") as a standard. cost then would depend on the wood veneer specie and Grade of veneer.

In the US most particle board is covered with laminate afterwards but doesn't come with laminate on it. Furniture manufacturers make most of their furniture this way by covering it with simulated wood grain. There are some exceptions being counter tops and shelving which do come precovered with laminate. Sorry I dont know if what your looking for is available.
