I have sleeping problems. Not any! It's kindda weird!

Every night, with no exception, I have to do something while sleeping. My husband is getting scared from me! LOL! seriously.. I either scream, wake up and look around saying that someone is in the room, or some times I even wake up my hubby screaming that I am seeing something bad! I even sit with no feelings and my husband would make me sleep again. I dont know what is it with this problem, but I have been having it since years!

Would this cause miscarriage?

No. Don't panick. You will be OK and your baby is F I N E.

I am surprised you are worried most pregnant women read a mountain of books trying to find out what is going on and what is normal - I bet you have too huh.

Anyway according to what I have read, most pregnant women can be "really" loopy and worry alot about their baby and things which are going on - there is no need, this is just the baby's way of ensuring mum is ok and so that they will be alright too.

Sleeping problems are a common feature in late second trimester and all the way during the third.. Dont panick... but you could try doing a few things to change your sleeping patterns - take a bath before bed, meditate.. be positive about it though. It is nothing to worry about.

No. I was sick for 4 months straight, vomiting and not sleeping, and I had a healthy, 9 lb 8 oz baby girl. Miscarriages happen when there's something wrong with the fetus, it's the body's way of making things right again. I would talk to the doctor and see if there's something you can do to help you sleep, and your husband too for that matter...lol. Good luck!

Hah, I sleep talk and all that good stuff ALL THE TIME!! So far, so good. I'm 26 weeks with a very uncomplicated normal pregnancy. My hubbie get's paranoid some nights of some of the stuff I say haha. But just as long as you don't sleepwalk (because there's risk of you falling or something) then I think you'll be fine. :)

i dont know if it will cause a miscarriage. It might if you are stressed out. Have you talked to a doctor about it? Is there something in your house that you are REALLY hearing/seeing? Is it your imagination? Have you tried talking to a councelor about this? Maybe they can help you over come this.

No, but you need to see a psychiatrist. I don't mean this as an insult, only as honest medical advice. An expert could help you. Don't take any medication though, especially while you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Try drinking chamomile infusion before going to bed.

Only if you did something to harm yourself. Get to your doc, it's a form of a sleep disorder.
