I would scream loudly, then like an agile cat, run up the curtains, where I'd point and continue screaming...and once I'd got everybody rattled enough I'd climb down and slap them on the back and say "I was just kidding folks..ohhhh you guys are a riot!" as I make my way out...
nothing dramatic or over the top...

well, if they were a friend ... then I'd laugh about it... "So, what have YOU been doing in the kitchen, then?!" followed by "Get us another cuppa!".
But if I didn't know them well .... I'd be a bit embarressed to say anything .... and I'd have to try and not drink the tea & make an excuse .... or put it down the sink if I got the chance!

This is one reason why I'm a bit phobic of drinking from strange cups. Don't you hate it when someone gives you a cup and there's a greasy ring half way down, that you don't see till the second mouthful.
I'd just gag, maybe even be sick. Then I'd politely leave it to one side and say, "Oh dear, it's gone cold".

Carefully put the tea through a tea strainer, the hair is now in the strainer, drink the tea smack my lips and say "Ah! that was good"

anyhow - any hair in food or drink I would pipe up and say something to the person.

I would jump up screaming, "EWWWW, there is a giant pube in my tea. Oh my goodness, I am going to be sick. I may never eat or drink again. Oh God help me please." I would continue screaming until they asked me to leave.
