YouTube Block?

Question

they block youtube : I try it already with a webbased proxy ...... it WORK but it doesn't play the video ( keep me asking about the flash player , but this one i instalate allready )
Who can tell me what to do

Don't try to get round the security systems in place where you try to view from. If it's a "national thing" it's illegal and they'll cut your hand off or suchlinke, if a company / university thing, they'll ban you or sack you.
