hell yea!...its not exactly breakfast per se...it also includes the first meal when you just woke up from a long sleep. Your body's sugar level is at its lowest after sleeping.
So recharging your body for the lost glucose is important to boost your brains productivity.
So start smacking something when u wake up and get a boost for your noodles!

Well, as far as my knowledge goes, if you are never hungry after waking up, then you're constantly making a mistake somewhere along the road: perhaps you don't sleep enough, perhaps you smoke too much, or maybe your life is so stressful, that it really lowers your apetite (although none of the aforementioned things has the same influence on all people).
Anyway, I've read a few books or articles about diets and healthy food and how to balance your meals... and the general opinion is that breakfast should NOT be skipped on a regular basis. The least important meal of the day is dinner, and the most important might be breakfast, even though lunch is more consistent.
Anything can become a habit, so you should train your stomach, little by little, to accept something in the morning. It may not be much, but it's better than nothing :)

Studies show that breakfast eaters display a better attitude and are more energetic and productive throughout the day.
Every body need refueling to jump-start the day after a long night sleep. Research shows that children who have breakfast perform better in school. Both children and adults who have breakfast are better at problem solving and concentrating on the task at hand
People who skip breakfast may not get their daily quota of vitamins, minerals and fiber, which a wholesome breakfast with cereal, milk, fruit and nuts will provide.
Missing breakfast to lose weight can backfire by causing overeating later and increasing appetite.
Studies show that about 41% of children miss breakfast atleast once a week and atleast 8% miss breakfast 5 - 6 times a week and 50% of adults over the age of 40 miss breakfast more than once a week.

Youre not hungry then, because your body is not expecting any food. This is a very unhealthy habit/. I started forcing myself to eat breakfast, know when I wake up I am the hungriest at this time than at any other point in the day, since my body IS expecting to get fed. Start the habit and stick to it, you will get fatter if you fail to. If you eat last at say 10pm, it will be another 16 hours before its fed again, is that healthy?

It depends on the time of day and your routine . Most people only need some cereal and toast, but a farmer will milk the cows and then go in for a cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner as he is at work all day . A large breakfast may leave you feeling stuffed instead of full of "get up and go" .

Yes, eat breakfast. You'll be hungry in the morning if you stop eating 3 hours before bedtime. Give it a few days to adjust.

Yes. You need it, especially before going to school. If you don't like food, make a smoothie with juice & fruits. If you don't like breakfast food, have a sandwich or bagel & peanut butter or jam , or leftovers from dinner. Maybe just a granola bar. A slice of cheese on bread or corn tortilla. Just have something with some protein in it!

I feel the same way in the morning and don't really feel like eating. You could actually just be very dehydrated and need more water than food. My doctor told me that you need to drink tons of water in the morning because your body has been without it for so long. Once I started doing that I felt like eating more.

I can never eat right when I wake up because it makes me nauseous. It does fuel your body for the whole day depending on what you eat. I've found the only think I can eat right when waking up is frosted mini wheats.
