Okay so everytime I try and make a youtube music video for a tv show/movie the quality comes out blurry on youtube so it looks like crap. I'm using windows movie maker so I'm not sure if maybe my settings are wrong or the program itself is just crappy. I was wondering if anyone knows how I can fix my videos so they aren't blurry? Also, I'd appreciate it if maybe you could recommend some movie making programs that are good? And the music I get never sounds great either, so where do you all get your clips/episodes/movies and music from? If you can answer all of these questoins or most of them, then thanks in advance.

You must convert the video before you get it on the web

Pre-compress your vid to their standard. This is the only way to have 'some' quality left.

Youtube says only this about it:

"All videos uploaded to YouTube have a 100MB file size limit. The longer the video is, the more compression will be required to fit it into that size. For that reason, most videos on YouTube are under five minutes long and there is a 10-minute length limit for all videos."

YouTube compresses videos so they can be downloaded faster by users... that's the reason they appear blurry!
