I'm doing a biology project and I'm not sure what the affinity of nightcrawlers are.
I'm pretty sure the nightcrawlers I have are Canadian because I have to keep them in the refrigerator.

earthworms are vegetarian. You can feed them almost any vegetable matter.

In my worm bin raising red earthworms, I noticed they were crazy about onion scraps! There would always be worms and baby worms around the onions. Don't know how nightcrawlers like it though.

You can give them actual Worm Food. You can buy some at Gander Mountain or Cabelas.
