Here is the amsterdam tourist website. Its in english. There you can find everything you can do in Amsterdam. The only you shouldnt do, is go there for the weather ;-)

What are your interests?
What are your hobbies?
(How old are you?)
How much time would you wish to spend?
Do you have a large budget, or a small one?
I can name dozens of things - but if none of them holds your interest, it will be very hard.
So, could you give some more info?

Nobody can say they've been in Holland unless they've met......Easypiecy!
Apart from that: do a few museums (Van Gogh, Rijksmuseum, Stedelijk) drink a few beers an smoke a few joints, if that's your cup of tea.
Don't forget to have fun, no matter what you do!
