If you can't get satisfaction from your dealer or another in your area call the corporate office. Ford is real strict on that type of thing. I had a problem with a recall repair, the dealer refused to fix it saying it was my problem. A week later my car was in the shop. I was also given my choice of rental car from National for free. I drove around in that Mustang GT every evening. it had 3K more miles on it when it was returned.

If the dealer is unable to fix it, then the dealer needs to replace the car. However you do need to give the dealer time to repair it. Have them give you the information as to what is wrong with it. After X number of attempts to repair it, you have to invoke the lemon law. find out what your laws are for lemons and go from there. If the dealer is unable to fix it, this is where it needs to go. Good luck and sorry for the bad luck.

Its an 08? You walk into that dealer and you DON't leave until they fix your car. Tell them to fix it and call you when its done, if they refuse to, contact a lawyer for further dealing with them.

Sounds like lemon law time. They either fix it or refund it, they can't sell you a car that doesn't work after minimal usage.
