I wish I knew for sure. I have been this way for ages. It is within me at all times and I try not to dwell on it. I used to see a psychiatrist, who told me I am Major Depressive and had me seeing him regularly, but all we did was talk and I figure I can do that with a friend. The things wrong in my life aren't ever going to go away and will always be there as they are mostly from my past. I just have to either deal with it or try to push all of it out of my mind, which is what I try to do most of the time. If I stop to think about some of the hurts of the past, I could start crying and probably never stop. At times, I also believe I would enjoy going to a safe place, such as my bed, and never getting out of it. I have fought these urges for years and will continue to do it because I love my family and they are important to me. I hope you aren't depressed and that you are coping well with it, yourself. Good luck!

How the world is today, prices of everything going up people stuggling financially, the war, and how public schools are trying to enforce parents to parent the way they see fit, pushing it on the kids having the kids come home to tell parents things not to mention they are now making them policies that parents have to sign basically saying what they are going to do at home. The list goes on and on but those are just a few things.

When people are rude to me and when I realize I'm not much of a high achiever but I view myself as a failure a lot. It's hard to overcome!
