I had hernia operation three years ago, now my sexual capabilities dropped what shall I do to build it up?

If your operation was three years ago and you are having issues now, chances are it is totally unrelated to your hernia...unless you have another one. I suggest you see a urologist to make sure you have not developed a new issue.

Also, you didn't state what type of sexual difficulties you are having: erectile dysfunction, decreased stamina, decreased sperm count, etc. Please see a urologist and be sure to be very forthcoming with him about the exact issues you are experiencing.
