Of course my 2 beautiful girls, but also many other things like a phone call from a friend that I haven't heard from in awhile, a smile from someone I don't even know, kindly gestures, or even words of wisdom found here on YA!. It doesn't take very much to perk up my day. My goal is to the same for others.

I wish could isolate that and put it in a bottle. Some days I feel great and have a great attitude, but some days I don't. There's no rhyme or reason to it.
