Wow what a horrible choice to have to make.
Ok I would have to give up music..I like sex too much and when having it,I can make my own kind of music...

I would pick going without sex cuz I am a virgin and I don't think I will ever need sex. Music I need on the other hand.

Hmm well it sort of depends, like if having no sex means having no kids later in life, then I'd definitely have to drop the music because I really look forward to being a mother once I'm older.
But if that's not the case, then I'd drop sex because I can always please myself anyway ; )
