how do you make a default still for a youtube video?

i just made a slideshow, and posted it on youtube.(its my first video) and i can't figure out how to change the default still for the video. can anyone explain it to me?

You don't. You can only pick from the three you are shown. These are at standard intervals so..if you are smart you can have the picture you want in just the right spot.
