most of them don't realize that the Great War of Northern Aggression isn't over...its only underground...I use Gen Robt E Lees name for them.."those people"..yankee sounds so common and drab don't you think?.also,at the start of the GWoNA the Republic dreamed of by the Founding Fathers died and they dont like being reminded of that either

Because the South is so friggin' slow that they haven't realized that the war has been over for a LONG TIME. And while they're still doing reenactments, and calling me a YANKEE- I'm spending my time up North going to world-class museums and educating myself...

i've been down south many times, and the only time i hear northerns being reffered to as yankees are on this site.
