to see a list of TEXAS TECH students from 2000 to 2003 im kinda looking for this guy i like PLZ help thanks

Sorry, but no. There is a law called FERPA which prevents schools from giving out information about students for privacy reasons. Of course, if you could find yearbooks, you could find the students who volunteered to make themselves known, but you can't really just find lists of all students.

Yes and no. The no part is the legal one. There is no legal and free way to do that. Yes is getting someone who is good at computers and can (most likely) hack databases(not harmful, just to retrieve ur data). If u can be more specific I can try to get you a name, but "all the names" is sorta hard.

you can try through facebook (if he has an account). reckon its a bit stalkerish but its probably the only free and legal way to do so without going into the school's records.
