my 4 week old get's burped and everytime she burps she spits up. she's constanlty crying and wont go to sleep. her stomach is not tight but can hear gas bubbles when she swollows, what can this be?? she's breastfed.

I got your message, and want to add: try to burp her after about five minutes, then continue to feed. Then burp again, and so on.

Mylicon drops work really well with gas too.

too much air in her system...maybe you should pump...and then use the latex bottles with the inserts to feed her...then you can push all the air out of the bottle before feeding.
