Bokura ita ga (Slice of Life Love-Romance School Drama)

Nanami Takahashi, a 15 year old high school student, falls in love with and begins dating the most popular guy in school, Motoharu Yano. However, their relationship is not easily maintainable. Yano's past, as well as the complex emotions they bring up, make it difficult to be completely honest about how he feels. Caught in the middle are Yuri Yamamoto, the younger sister of Yano's now dead ex-girlfriend, and Masafumi Takeuchi, Yano's best friend. Yuri's past with Yano goes deeper than one might suspect and her feelings run deeper than she portrays in public. Takeuchi cherishes Yano's friendship, but at the same time, he may lose it for someone dear to him. Takahashi must search deep inside herself and find her true feelings for Yano while be able to trust and accept Yano's feelings for her as well, deciding if Yano is indeed the one for her or if someone else can provide better solace. Along the way Takahashi will get tips from her love infatuated friends, Mizu and Taka.

I cried at the end of Angel Beats when Otonashi cried because Angel/Kanade disappeared and he loved her :'( I also cried just a tiny bit close to the end of Fruits Basket I also cried at the end of Code Geass when *SPOILER* Lelouch 'died' even though I already knew from the very beginning that it would happen I even cried a little bit while watching Naruto: Shippuden in the first arc when Naruto was crying because Gaara was dead and then he yelling at Lady Chio and gave this whole speech about hosts and Jinjuriki blah blah blah But I think thats it I can't really remember anything thing else. I don't usually cry while watching anime but if an anime did make me cry then it must be one hella an awesome show >.<

Grave of the Fireflies, -absolutely.-

Kimi ga Nozomu Eien: romantic, soap-opera like, in a sense. Takes a bit to get into. Though, I've heard from my other friends that it's made them cry).

Elfen Lied: perhaps this is too supernatural for you, but it's worth a look, I think.

Grave of the Fireflies.
The Place Promised To Us In Our Early Days. (but this might bit scifi...)

I'm not sure what you mean by "no scifi", so I'm going to recommend all Studio Ghibli movies. I didn't cry flat out but I often tear up:
Princess Mononoke
Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind

I head that Black Lagoon is dramatic, as is Perfect Blue, but I've never seen those.

Elfen Lied is an excellent series. It WILL make you cry. There is lots of violence and some nudity but the plot and characters are worth watching!

Grave of the Fireflies made me cry and thinking about it makes me choke up a little bit. Also the end of Cowboy Bebop. *sniff*
