BC headache powder...one before you start drinking, one after you've finished.

OK so you understand the headache comes from dehydration. The next thing you need to replace is vitamin C. generally orange juice is the best supply and you will notice a difference within an hour or less. But first you need to assess the stomach. Any form of vitamin C is going to be very hard on an upset stomach and probably lead to physical illness. Do yourself a favour and get RAW mint leaves. grow them in your garden or window if you can. The dried mint in a grocery store won't work for this it has to be fresh.Chop up 3 or 4 leaves real small. Add this to 1 oz of water and a splash (1/2 oz) of milk. Warm this in the micro for a few seconds. You don't want it hot but at least a little better than room temp. Now fire this (stirred) concoction down your throat. Do not sip it and if possible don't stop to taste it. It won't be horrible but it is odd. The chemical make up of the mint will actually stabilize a bad stomach in about 5 mins. This will cure any hangover you get. Every time.

Excedrin Migraine and make sure to stay cool. It has always helped me. If I get warm, I get sick. Good luck if you have one, they aren't fun. Just keep in mind it will be over soon.
