Nowadays Sachin tends to play the anchor role while Dravid seems to be taking over as erstwhile Sachin.
Why not we accept them in their new roles?

After the crawl in the first one-dayer perhaps out of necessity Dravid has revealed his capacity in the new role.

Mr Pramato,I am only highlighting their present role in the team,it is not my job to recommend their continuance.It is upto their form to remain in the team.

It is a fact that Sachin has slowed down.To that extent Rahul is trying to fill that place when the situation demands.

I agree with you that we have seen Rahul Dravid in a different mood of batting in the last 2 ODI. If he can continue to switch gear according to need of the situation it will be great for Indian team.

Somebody has to play anchor when the other man is attacking. It is sensible , so as to avoid falling of set players. But as long as score is moving at the required pace nobody bothers. But if both are bogged down and does not lift their bats , then only problem starts.
As long as the team scores and wins it does not matter who plays which role .!

The role Anchor has no meaninng in limited overs cricket. One has keep the score moving, irrespective of the team's position. It does not mean you have to throw the bat around, one can take brisk singles and twos.

My opinion is Sachin has to quit from oneday cricket. Thereis no need of sachin here, He lost his game. let some new player comes

yes i agree ,sachin crawls now.he can continue it forever, even though that never gives any sort of advantage to Indian Cricket team, or to sub continant,since people like you are in BCCI, obviously they are more or less like you.it's a compliment. beleive me.

i guess its NOW just play according to the situation.
yes dravid is being more aggressive NOW.........which is good.......
sachin in these series in the west looks like the young sachin
