I am not sure of the depth/thickness of the slab but 4 inches thick should do. If 4 in. then 4/12X10X30= 100cubic feet or 2.83 cubic metre.
If your width is 15 ft. then your requirement would be 150 cubic feet or 4.25 cubic metre.
I would request you to measure the length and breadth with a tape before ordering. The calculation is very simple as shown above. If you are going to buy concrete from a batching plant ask for C-25 or M-25 concrete.
If you want to do it at home the requirement for100 cubic feet concrete would be:
Stone aggregate 3/4 inch size: 95cubic feet
Sand: 60 to 65 cft and
Cement: 1000kg or 20 bags (if 50 kg packing)

I'm having a home built in NC & asked for a 12 x 10 patio slab to be installed instead of a deck. I don't have the quote breakdown right in front of me, but if I recall it right the cost was around $9.50 per square foot because it cost less than $1200 which would be the cost at $10/sf.
Looking at the other answers, I don't know what the depth of the slab is that I was quoted, so I can't figure cubic feet. The guy who answered your questions gave a lot of good info, but he didn't give you a cost per cubic foot, which would help you figure out your cost.
So, if your slab is 15 x 30 = 450sf x $9.50 = $4275

Im not sure on an exact amount - with proper prep work, materials and finishing... Id have to say minumum of $5,000 or higher.
To prep, you need to dig down and use sand or gravel as a base, you need reinforcement wire for the slab, the wood for the forms, since youre in a frost zone, the concrete would most likely need to be at least 2'-3 ' thick , itd have to be poured in sections ( for expansion joints to avoid cracking) - smoothing and finishing, not to mention how many trucks of concrete you'll need ( id say minimum of 2 truckloads or more of concrete). This also depends if youre doing most/all the labor - if youre hiring a contractor- expect to pay more. Its alot more work than you think to pour concrete.

Well I sell wood decks in Ohio and I could tell you I would charge close to 9000 for a deck thats 10x30. I dont work with concrete to much liability for cracks and stuff.

you didn't say how thick.
One yard is 36" X 36" X 36" (cube) cut it into six inch layers and you have approx 216 sq in. or 18 sq ft 10 X 8Ft
in 4 inch you would have approx 324 sq in. or 27sq.ft.
