-2x(3x-7) = 0

that means either '-2x = 0' or '3x-7 = 0' or both
because then only their product will be ZERO...

so..

-2x = 0
x=0

3x-7 = 0
3x = 7
x = 7/3

so
x = 0 or x = 7/3..

divide by 2
