for the majority of cases it is a build up of sexual tension so masturbate to relieve this stress and that should stop them but if not you may have a medical condition or it could be the pyjamas you wear as it may cause rubbing on the glans of the penis which could cause you to ejaculate in the early teens you are pretty much horny all the time so the chances of a wet dream are higher if you dont clear the pipes frequently enough
(im 16 masturbate frequently and sleep naked and have never had a wet dream)

Wet dreams or Nocturnal Emissions never stop all the way. As you grow older they may decrease, but they happen when the body needs to release old fluids or wants to flush out the pipes. It is how God designed us. Nothing to be embarrassed about or scared. You are perfectly normal.

They start to slow down around 16 most guys are able to control somewhat but honestly I hate to say it but wet dreams can go on right into adult hood. A friend of mine who was visiting in town stayed over to me and my guy's place for the weekend and he ended up having a wet dream, he was 30yrs old. he was so embarrassed and apologized a hundred times to us but hey life happens. It is natural to have dreams now and then that relate to our sexual desires or fantasies women have them too, it's not just men so relax. just change your sheets, clean up and go back to bed. Some guys find it helpful to masturbate just before bedtime, it lessens the chance of having a wet dream but is not always successful.

I think they go on forever until your brain is completly washed from any sexual thoughts. But it should go on forever, wet dreams dont happen often though, they are pretty rare..

I've never had one but I don't think there is really an age requirement, though at some ages it is probably more likely to happen

I have heard of 80 year old doing it, so I dont know? What age do men stop playing with self, very individual. If you you reach death first you are very gifted
