I will like to travel a few decades earlier to find out the reasons of its destruction. After that I will like to return to the times when life started in Earth, then would present this all with proof before the citizens of the Earth. Then I will advice all the people to take care of Earth and avoid anything to avoid its destruction.

Actually time travel into the future is not as difficult. But aside from that, if it was destroyed I will try and find out why and then move on. (Since going back is not an option). I would try and fit in at that time period. If going forward was not possible then I would try my best document what happened so that it will not repeat itself

Thank you for your question

I'd go back in time when I saw the devastation grab myself a pet dinosaur a nice cave girl and live happily knowing the earth would go on for another 150 million years.

If Earth is destroyed it would not coem back. If you mean it's environment was destroyed, then humans woudl ot re-evolve even if it did restore itself.

What I would do is head back in time to now, take as many people as I could back into the past, then work on a project to get us to another planet.

I don't believe you would have much choice except to travel forward if the earth were destroyed...If I were able to travel, then I would be able to fit in..take care..

I would say "told you so". Then stay around for awhile and point at all the surviors (if there were any) and say "told you so". Also interview them and get their stories, just because that would be an interesting thing to know.

Then I'd probably go back and write a book and get rich. :) If I couldn't go back, then yeah, I'd go forwards.
