People would pronounce it 'ay-la' a lot i reckon. I did the first time I said it and then read the rest of it and said it again.
There isn't really any other way to spell it that looks any less confusing so Aiyla is your best bet other than Isla which is more common.

I have an aunt whose name is pronounced that way, but spelled Ila (capital "I").
My first assumption upon seeing your spelling was pronounced Ay-luh (rhymes with hay). So yes, I think your spelling would be mispronounced.
There is an actress with this same pronunciation spelled Isla, as in island, but I think that would be mispronounced as Is-luh (rhymes with his).
You might want to consider Ayela or Ila or even Eyela. Nice name, but tough decision.

This name will never be pronounced correctly on the first try. Unusual names and spellings seem like a good idea in theory, but in practice they are annoying and frustrating both to the people who bear the names and the ones constantly trying to pronounce them. If you want an unusual name that's not hard to pronounce, I'd like to suggest "Alora"...a personal favorite of mine. Unfortunately I never got to use it...I had four boys!

Pretty name but I think it would be hard to pronounce it correctly with the spelling (sorry). I thought it would be Ah-ee-lah when I saw it. I named my daughter Elysia pronounced El-ee-shah and people have a hard time with it when trying to read it. When she was in kindergarten I saw her writing her name a different way and she said she wanted to change the spelling. Now she is 15 and just accepts that people will probably mispronounce it until they know her. Congratulations to you!

I thought of 3 different pronunciations before I read how you would pronounce it and none of them were right. I think it's unusual and pretty, but you may want to consider spelling it differently.

They might be able to pronounce it, but I guarantee most of them would mis-spell it.
