It is my favorite name for a boy, but my hubby said no!
Yes, I love it! And I know two little boys named Elias, no one calls either one Eli. So don't worry about that too much.

Elias is a great name for a boy. I have an Eliza and Isaac so I love the name Elias too! Also Elijah for a boy.
Don't go thinking too far ahead though, we nearly always change our mind!

This is the last name of a hockey player in the NHL right now. Lol. But I like the name. It's unqiue, but not to the point where it borders on crazy.

I think it's a nice name. But, you know that everyone will call him Eli no matter how hard you try to keep them from doing it. Do you like that or would it bother you?

Elias is soooo commercial, not ugly just standard like Bob or Bill. Why aren't you naming your son after you he doesn't have to be a Jr. or the II just change his middle name..

I really like this name, I looked it up and it means "The lord is my god". Nice meaning to it plus it has a very good ring to it! Congratulations on your son's birthday! :)
