actually kinda both. if i have in my head that something(person, alarm clock, etc.) really particular is supposed to wake me up and that i really have to get up, that something is going to wake me up in half a heart beat. but i've also slept through a tornado once.

I guess it depends. I can be a really deep sleeper, but I do have those nights where anything can wake me up. Usually, I'm a really deep sleeper, though.

I'd have to say light sleeper, which is surprising because everyone else in my family is a deep sleeper.

I am such a light sleeper at times that the dog walks by the bed and breaths in my face and wakes me up. I also can be woke up by husband turning in the bed. Some night I don't get to sleep till morning. I hate sleeping I wish I had some of those pills they advertize on the telly.

It depends if im sleepin at a friends house im a very light sleeper at home im like a brick unless some there is some kind of noise that i dont recognize then i will wake up
