what does the betta eggs look like when they are about to hatch?i was wondering because some eggs seem to have something like little tails sticking out on one end of the egg...

if they have alittle clear line, then it is a hatchet fry. About 5-7 hours from now, you will see them as small white dots that will swim crazy, as most of them will be on the bottom of the tank trying to get back to the nest.

all fishes egg look like that before they hatch into baby fishes...
