It is very very unlikely to get pregnant from intercourse during your period.
Also, when you have sex during your period, or insert anything vaginally, or take a bath, the blood flow stops temporarily. And the red stain on Saturday was probably just the end of your period.

Sounds like your body is still finishing cleaning itself out. The sperm in your body has just liquefied some of the scant amount that has remained in there allowing it to appear on the surface with a higher fluid content. This is very normal and doesn't mean anything at all.

Pregnancy does not happen that fast anyhow. Nope you are just dealing with some left over menstrual blood, relax and learn more about your body.
